i had issues with room service. i didn't see any menu or qr code for ordering. i called the reception desk and was directed to a hotel channel full of commercials. my salad arrived without utensils and the soup and juice came 30 minutes later.

the breakfast offered many choices and was acceptable.
I was disappointed to find the room wasn't as clean as i expected. the bathroom floor had some strands of hair, it was a little off-putting (i hoped for better hygiene). also, the milk jug at the rooftop restaurant seemed stained. It didn't look properly cleaned.

A Decent Hotel Experience

The breakfast was comprehensive. There was a wide array of options available, covering various tastes. The complimentary parking was a great benefit. I rented a car and appreciated the convenience of the adjoining car park. The room was enormous, I found a large wardrobe space and a comfortable bathroom.
I tried to order room service, yet I didn't see a menu. I called the reception, and they asked me to select the menu, but it led to a channel with commercials. The salad arrived without utensils. I requested an early check-in by email, but I still had to wait until 3:00 pm, this made me sad.
